Her private lessons will focus on the individuals ability and need, so your body gets the attention you deserve. Redcord uses three-dimensional movements while using slings and your body weight. These exercises improve and support your physical fitness performance.

Group Class
One word, community! There is something to be said about being challenged by your peers. We hold each other accountable. We build lasting relationships. 
Showing up to workout is one of the hardest things we can ask ourselves to do. Let's face it most people don't actually like working out. We love how we feel during, after and seeing the results... We are tough on each other and we have a blast while we do it. We make exercise fun. Which is not an easy thing to do.
